Product Guarantee

Summer Infant, Inc. will repair or replace (at our option) your unit free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the unit is defective in workmanship or materials. To claim your repair/replacement, the product must be returned to Summer Infant along with a copy of the original purchase receipt. In the absence of the purchase receipt, the warranty will be 12 months from the date of manufacture.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 30 days if this is the case.

I bought this product to keep my 4-pound yorkie in the kitchen when we're gone. The wood chipped around the bottom after about three days. Maybe I just got a lemon.

I use this gate to keep my 2 shelties and 2 westies in the kitchen area. It is of very sturdy construction and the wood blends in very well with my decor. I love the self closing latch-no more worrying if I closed the gate. It is also very easy for for my grandchildren (ages 5 and 6) to operate.
