Large One Touch Pet Gate

needed gate that was expandable to 60" with a door

I use the walk through pet gate to keep my 3 dogs out of my Living Room. I just got new furniture and I don't want them taking it over.They can lounge in the den. It wasn't easy finding a 60"wide gate,but this one fits perfectly and is very attractive.

I love EVERYTHING about this gate, except that it was described as fitting openings from 35-61 inches. While this is technically correct, it is inaccurate. Beware, it fits openings from 35-37" (with gate), from 47-49" (gate with one panel) and from 59-61" (gate with two panels). It comes with two panels. Otherwise you have to do a makeshift fit. My openings were 44" and 46", neither of which worked with this gate. However, I was able to install it anyway, as previously mentioned, using a makeshift assembly. Luckily my 90 pound Doberman will not attempt to knock the gate down, as a more aggressive dog of his size might. If your openings are exactly the right size, it appears that the gate would be a fabulous addition to your home as it is attractive and sturdy.

I had been searching for a gate for a 59" area of my living room, to confine a baby, and 3 dogs (Pit Bull, Boston Terrier & Jack Russell Terrier). After purchasing 2 different gates, from other stores, that were a terrible quality, I was starting to lose hope. This gate fits perfect, is not flimsy at all, and has a good design. The bar that is under the gate opening provides the security that holds the gate in place wonderfully. This gate is the same quality and type of gate that my parents spent over $75.00 more to purchase through Orvis. I also received my gate by Fed Ex just 3 days after purchase. Great option for large spaces!
